My graph doesn't show my huge gain when I started drinking 6 glasses of water a day. Then it dropped to 188, then went back up to 198, now down to 197...what a strange week!
197.8 lb Lost so far: 67.8 lb.    Still to go: 22.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
