Moved to low carb, not following it religiously, not writing anything down (but I was on Atkins for several years so I know the drill) was thinking I was gaining, and BOOM I'm down. I drank 6 cups of water yesterday, I don't know if that helped. I joined Noom yesterday, now I'm afraid I won't lose anymore! Silly, right?
190.4 lb Lost so far: 75.2 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.6 lb a week

Nothing silly about investing in your own health and well-being! Zoom will give you tools you can use going forward - great use of your resources. In the long run it will serve you a lot better than a nice new “skinny” outfit - although that’s nice to have, too! 😊

Noom is a game changer. Nothing is off limits. It takes a huge adjustment coming from the Atkins mindset. You’ve got this, just be patient and trust the process.
