I've been sick since Tuesday. I haven't been very hungry but I haven't eaten anything I shouldn't. I've been having my normal breakfast, a fair sized lunch and a small dinner. No snacking except tea.
202.8 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 52.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
