Excited about the weight loss Moving down from 226 on 12/23 to 215.2 this morning. Net loss of 10.8 pounds. Keep up the good work! My goal is 190. I would like to be below 200 by 02/14. My ultimate goal is 185 by April 16th.

I'm excited that Joan is participating in the fat secret program and has had great since she joined on January 3rd. Keep up the great progress.

I'm craving carbohydrates and have never met one that I did not like. Hopefully my cravings will go away soon.

My goal today is to drink more water. Two glasses of water per meal and two more through out the day.
215.2 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
