Hard work pays off. I have an Atkins coach who is a true friend and helping me to stay on track. I am a professed diet cheater, but with her help I have stayed on track with Atkins and lost 11 lbs. in 2 weeks. Yippeee!!!
215.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
