Kind of hectic the past week and a half so we ordered take out restaurant food more than usual. Tried to keep it healthy. More concerned about the high amount of sodium in restaurant food than the calories as I have been able to get off high blood pressure medication through diet and reduced sodium intake. Restaurant meals are usually larger than I would normally eat so there has been some increase in weight.
141.4 lb Lost so far: 63.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.8 lb a week
