Getting so close now hopefully I’m determined to hit that goal next week then work out how to maintain, I haven’t been counting for a while now just eating more healthy food, picking less and lots of walking
169.0 lb Lost so far: 29.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

How to maintain..thats the question...been down to my goal and then keep slipping grrrr Think this time I will get to my goal then gradually increase calories until weight loss stops...maybe this will work
