Ok, had a heavy carb weekend, and lost 2 lbs. But back on the grind today, and pretty excited. I feel motivated to keep going and work harder at it.
225.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
