Ugh! I am having a hard time staying on track!! I need to stop this up and down and on and off crap!

It's a new day and every new day is a new start. GO
207.0 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 62.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Well I know you can do it, heck we all bounce up and down. You are a strong woman and I know you have the determination. As my current mentor says "You just have to decide if what you are going to take a bite of is going to be worth it" I am trying that now, again, but I already blew it this morning on my carbs, cuz I had a glass of orange juice which pushed my carb intake through the roof. So, no more orange juice for me. I would have had some Vodka in it if I knew it was going to blow me out of the water on carbs. Well anyway, miss you!! Be strong, you can co it!
