I had a cheat weekend, starting with dinner Saturday night, as we were having a zoom Christmas party so we ordered in a nice dinner. But there were leftovers, which is where Sunday came in...but not too bad. I don't think the weekend accounted for a 2 lb gain, but next week should be better, nothing coming up. I can feel that my clothes are looser. Hubby says if I move the scale, it changes the weight, so when I clean the bathroom and move the scale, I gain 2 lbs and he loses 6. Is that fair?
206.6 lb Lost so far: 59.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
