First restaurant meal in a month and bam! up 3 pounds. Assuming it's lots of water due to the carby goodness of fried shrimp and chips/french fries with slaw.
291.0 lb Lost so far: 60.0 lb.    Still to go: 81.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
