Finally a drop. I was begining to think October was going to be a plateau month but thankfully it won't be. I'm a bit behind on my 10 pounds per month goal and want to catch up.
293.6 lb Lost so far: 57.4 lb.    Still to go: 83.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
