This looks bigger than it is since this has been an up and down week. This puts me down .4 from last Sunday. Didn't have enough electrolytes yesterday and paid the price last night. I did use the Theraworx but had one leg cramp that lasted a good 15 minutes :(
311.6 lb Lost so far: 39.4 lb.    Still to go: 101.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
