Ok, have been off exercise and diet since my daughter's wedding, but did good before then. Time to get back on the horse, I gained back all 12 pounds with a couple of friends, ugh:(
231.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 71.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
