gym closed. missed a session and lost 2 pounds of muscle already 😭
198.0 lb Lost so far: 51.8 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes sis. Loss of muscle goes down 😔 but, I guess I need to pick up my cardio or start finding some odd physical work to get my workout... You got any ditches you need dug? 🤣
