When I am weak,I am weak

209.0 lb Lost so far: 42.0 lb. Still to go: 24.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

You are actually strong and weigh can fluctuate in one day.. 3-10 lbs depending on multiple circumstances and time of day 💜💚
