made an error in entering my weight the first time.
172.2 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 10.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

You're doing so well! That vegan diet seems to be very good for you.

Thanks Ireland - I've done well on the challenge but don't think I will ever go vegan. I don't get anywhere close to the amount of protein I should. I'm going to add skim milk back into my diet starting tomorrow to increase the protein and low fat mozzarella string cheese. But it's been an experience.
