dehydrated... been expecting a whoosh but instead body is hanging onto the water... overworked my legs earlier this week and taking extra days for them to quit burning... whooshing hopefully after the repair process is done...
207.4 lb Lost so far: 42.4 lb.    Still to go: 18.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
