Can't seem to get a grip on my food choices and portion control. I'm out of control! still need to lose weight for knee surgery 15 lbs !!! I'm going to the gym 3 times a week but I eat so much I just put weight on instead of it dropping off. EEK pissing me off and I know it's me doing it to myself.
