I am back, been up and down on and off, same old same old, have been doing low carb and it seems to be better for me.wish I knew how to set up for carb counting , I seem to do better when I use my fat secret food diary, and weigh in
206.2 lb Lost so far: 44.8 lb.    Still to go: 21.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Did you figure out carb counting? In the Android app, scroll to the bottom of your food diary, your carb, protein and fats are summed for the day. You can also click on Reports, then Nutrients, to get a more complete summary.
