So I went to sleep at 170 pounds 7.5 hours ago. I lost 4.5 pounds in my sleep after a huge meal.

I'm still up a pound over yesterday morning. Granted, I was at the gym until late last night, so much of that weight was probably from water drank during the workout.

Ah well... time to eat! I'm starving!
165.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
