I have gained a bunch of weight recently after a work injury kept me at home for the last several weeks. No exercise, eating badly. Now I have to make up for it.
201.2 lb Lost so far: 64.4 lb.    Still to go: 26.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

1468 kcal Fat: 57.72g | Prot: 80.77g | Carb: 128.58g.   Breakfast: Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat) , Whole Wheat English Muffin with Raisins. Lunch: Silk True Almond Original, Matcha Green Tea Latte Mix, Gouda Cheese, Weight-Loss Vegetable Soup Recipe, Dempster's Honey & Oatmeal Bread. Dinner: Colavita Balsamic Vinegar, Bertolli Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Chicken Thigh. Snacks/Other: Cabernet Sauvignon Wine , Compliments Whole Baby Carrots. more...

Been there two years in a road, no fun climbing out of the whole, but it's worth it. Get back in the saddle and slug it out. I pray for a quick recovery.

Linda, do not get depressed, just take a deep breath and show how strong you are, show that nobody can stop you from reaching your goals. :)
