Lindart's Journal, 24 February 2019

Sunday- Worked 6.5 hours last night, will work 4.5 hours today. Work was very busy, lots of walking - 12,712 steps, 8.5 kms, burning 2,436 calories. I only ate 1,195 calories. Yesterday was Vietnamese food day, I tried a new soup called Canh Chua Tom, it was delicious! For some reason (maybe the pastry and the fries I ate on the weekend?) I gained weight. It is kind of frustrating as I know I am burning lots more calories than I am eating, but still gaining. Maybe someone has some ideas?

We will see what next week brings. I am however, very happy with how I look, and 194 lbs beats 281 lbs any day! I just have to keep remembering that!
