I am not going to concentrate on the weight this week, but the fact that I ran for 3 minutes yesterday at physical therapy. Woo Hoo! This is huge! I haven't ran since last June. So my butt is a little sore today, LOL!
199.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
