I’ve been missing you too chris! How are you?? Things have been beyond overwhelming over here😩. Only been taking the time to log my food, and sometimes log exercise.

Things have gotten worse😭 We have exhausted all of our medication options, and are looking at day treatment because we need more support. Things just aren’t safe at home sometimes. Fighting to keep my calories down, and fitting a workout in😣. Gonna try and fit one in now. Thanks for checking in❤️
