Woohoo!!! 1 lb closer to my goal. My new mini goal is 199. Cannot wait to be out of the 200's! *sigh* I love my scale when it cooperates.
223.0 lb Lost so far: 47.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Thats one of my mini goals too.... just to be out of the 2000's. I cant even remember how long its been since I saw a 1. I am happy for you! Keep up the great work. :)
