Whittling down, Yippeee!!! Staying away from the fat mostly. Had a fat day yesterday, the 223 was Saturday Night's weight. I am happy, it is working.
223.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 63.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
