Making myself eat chicken wings and strawberries 😕

Feeling pretty down and fighting the urge to just not eat at all in order to “lose weight” I know that will only lead to me binging like crazy after a few days and feeling even worse .
124.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
