Well I lost a pound but not because I was good, more because I have been ill and didn't eat much over the weekend. But a pound is a pound and I will take it for now. I start the 29 day countdown to losing 7 more lbs by my b-day on the 29th of April. Wish me luck!! I will need it. Thanks.
217.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
