Fine! Accountability works for me. I log I lose. Fighting back to my goal while my sisterjust spent about $1500 on a weight loss program and lost 4 lbs in 6 weeks because she wanted to lose "the easy way"??? She watched as I fought moment by moment at 201 lbs using only Fatsecret tools and support, I even had her setup an account last year but this is why most aspects of her life are a mess. Some people self sabotage, then play the victim card. Life is crazy but WE can face it head on, laugh at all the stinging paintballs flung at us and say, "Bring it On!!" Never stop loving, laughing, learning and accepting every paintball that comes your way. ♡♡♡
156.4 lb Lost so far: 44.6 lb.    Still to go: 11.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know tons of people who want to lose weight but they don’t want to put in the effort. They think walking their dogs outside at a slow pace is a workout..maybe for the dogs yes. They also eat crap for all meals and complain on social media that they are fat...well..so I just ignore them lol I’m doing what I need to do for me and if my free time consists of walking/riding instead of drinking and eating crap food my choice... 😁

I agree, I was active at 200 lbs but couldn't lose weight until I started logging and realizing that a 300 calorie meal tastes as good as a 600 calorie meal. For me math works. In the beginning, I had to do Atkins to get off sugar so I could control my cravings, that was key.

I totally agree! Putting the work in and time and discipline will equal results overtime.

Instant gratification world in which we live. I was looking at some old cooking magazines from around 10 years ago. FAT was bad guy. Every meal had 50-60 carbs. Nice to know that nothing has changed...
