Not eating right, but not gaining either. I'm stumped. But, I am now motivated to begin trying again. I want to lose 8 lbs before my 53rd b-day at the end of April. I know I can do it.
218.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
