Happy Friday Emily!!!!! I know I do not lead by example, But are your calories in check, I know for me I have to be 1300 calories a day or less/ either intake or calories minus exercise to lose and to flex calories back and forth. Example 1100 or less to 1300 a day.

Probably just holding a little fat or water. Watch your sleep and stress too! I would just drink more and add a bit of extra fat in to wash it all out!

You're right Maine Coon - I should try to go lower. I was pretty high yesterday around 1400 cals. Tabbigurl - I'm going to try that!

I went up a pound today, it frustrated me, but I know that its most likely water weight or sodium. I am going to drink more water today and see where I stand tomorrow. Its a minor gain, you will be just fine!!

What are some ways to stay low in calories but still get a good amount of fat in? That I think is struggle. I recalculated my macros, and if I want to continue weight loss I should be around 1300 cals. Any ideas?? I’ve never been good at counting cals.

0.2 is within range of normal fluctuation, void your bladder and weigh again and you might be down a #, one gallon of water weighs around 8 pounds.

Also, consider intermittent fasting, great way to keep everything low.

Yes, I’m going to start intermittent fasting as well! I’ve always struggled with fasting.
