It has been a while and I was up to 240 lbs. I am now working on my own diet plan, a food fasting plan for 7 days every 10 days and eating normal during the 10 days between; did well for the first two times, slowing down on the third time around, but still hanging in there.
229.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
