Instead of my walk today I hiked to the top of Helen Hunt Falls. It took me an hour I had to stop a few times and felt like I was gonna puke but getting to the top gave me such a feeling of accomplishment.
309.6 lb Lost so far: 22.4 lb.    Still to go: 124.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
