Up-down-up-down, seems to be the story of my life between 190 and 200 lbs, but I haven't been in this area for many many years, so I am enjoying it anyway. I will have to take a look at my eating and see what might need tweaking. I know I'm eating a lot of carbs lately.

I hear ya - my weight chart looks like a roller coaster. Good idea taking a look. Don't know if you log what you eat but that may help pinpoint it.
