🐖Late night snack🐖
I've been on a celery kick today. Its such a great vessel to transport food from plate to mouth 😂. This is egeless salad with onion and pickles. Just enough to curb my hunger

I use celery all the time like this too. I'm doing low carb keto so use celery instead of bread/sandwiches. Tunafish salad, peanut butter, of course egg salad 😁

That is firm(?) tofu. I love eggs and eat one for breakfast almost every day, and I love egg salad, but hard boiled eggs don’t agree with me. If that is tofu— that would be great

It sure is! I just squeeze the liquid out the best I can and add all my normal egg salad stuff. If you invest in Black Salt (kala namak) it will be a life changing discovery for your eggless tofu salad. The black salt is a vegan pantry staple! It adds that egg/sulphur flavor.

I have been snacking on celery with peanut butter. I use PB2 powdered peanut butter and add a little water to it to make the consistency of regular peanut butter. It’s only 45 calories per 2 tablespoons and virtually no sugar or carbs. I’ve tried almond butter which is yummy but I’m watching my sugar and caloric intake right now.

I'm allergic to peanuts 😒 and its so annoying. I used to be able to eat it then the hives started. I discovered pecan-cashew butter this past week. I fell in love with that. I smear it on pitted dates. To die for.

Allergies are definitely challenging when it comes to changing your diet. I’m allergic to avocado and bananas. So it’s really hard for me to find yummy recipes for meals that don’t include avocado...☹️ But by trial and error, I’ll figure it out!!

Oh noooo... Avocado and bananas are a staple for me 😣 That's worse than peanut allergies hahaha
