After a week away in Las Vegas, it is time to get back on track. While in Vegas I didn't calorie count but did try to not over eat & to pay attention to what I was eating. I am proud to say I have ZERO sodas while on vacay. Drank lots and lots of water & a few "drinks" here and there. I did manage 76,000 steps while in Vegas so that is definitely a win!! Today has been a day of rest. Life is a journey and I will take ot one day at a time.
