Not feeling well. After four hours of stomach ache, and vomiting twice, I finally broke down and ate 4 saltine crackers with butter on them (generally tends to settle my stomach). So now, all I can think about is having MORE crackers with butter, or chicken noodle soup, or some mashed potatoes. Seems like I should get to DEDUCT all the calories I barfed up. I'm thinking that maybe, just for the rest of today, I'll just eat what will lay easy on my stomach. And, I'll go to bed really early so I won't want to eat more. I know it's not a GREAT plan, but desperate times require desperate measures. Hope I don't gain back my heavily-fought-for one-pound loss I finally got this morning.

You're sick. baby yourself. plenty of fluids. maybe bananas and bland oatmeal will help. don't worry about the scale!!!! Get well so you can continue your journey to health!!!!!

When feeling sick, you do what you need to do to feel better. Tomorrow is another day! When you feel better you can go into attack mode on your way of eating. Feel better soon!

you may want to try some ginger tea, ginger usually works for nausea.

@Fritzy 22, I used to eat 6 saltines with a thick slab of butter on each one IN BED right before I would go to bed each night. I TRIED to get them out of the house, but my husband made me go buy more. I'm glad they were there yesterday, and that I was able to limit myself to only a couple, and I did NOT have any with the cup of soup. Usually with soup or chili, I crumble like 10 or more crackers up in it. Thanks, everyone else, for your kind words and well-wishes!
