I am going on a cruise next week and a little nervous. I have lost 22 lbs since starting Jan 2 and do not want to take a step back. I have been doing whole 30/paleo and its working for me. I contacted the nutritionist for the ship and she told me all the menus in the main dining room and restaurants have a gluten free menu, sugar free ect. I plan on exercising in the big gym and the walking track(it is a 3 mile track that in on the top floor and goes around the perimeter of the boat. Plan on getting plenty of walking on my fitbit and we have some nice excursions planned. Any other tips from people who have cruised and either lost or maintained?
