Ok I’m like ok I’m in maintenance so why not eat two whole eggs n one egg white....well I decided I don’t like yolk as much any more

Yes, I eat one egg with egg white n a toasted bread 4-5 mornings a week. 🤣😅 I lift weights 🏋️‍♀️ 2 days a week, but I did not expect so many comments 😅 on my pic
