Yesterday I decided to stop eating after 6pm, my tummy was grumbling by bedtime, but it paid off. Today I'm going to *try* to push up the time to 4pm! Wish me luck!

How'd you do? Wishing you luck! Also if you don't feel well fasting maybe make it gradual to the time you are aiming for. After some time it doesn't seem so hard! And I can push myself a little further

Didn't do too well 😔 ate again around 8:00. Trying not to get down on myself. I will take your advice about making it gradual to the time I'm aiming for. Thank you so much.

Take it slow, and get your body use to your WOE, so it won't go into shock !!

I don't eat after 6pm I wouldn't stop eating any earlier. stay with 6 pm for a while and see how you go. 😀

Good going! I eat only between 10 AM and 6 PM and if I'm not hungry, I don't eat until I am. Ketosis makes that easier. But I stick with 6 PM because the spouse likes to have dinner together. And he has dinner on the table at 5. :)

I reached my current hours of eating (stopping usually by 2pm or so) over many years. I often worked shifts that ended anywhere from 6pm to midnight so I got used to not eating much when getting home from work. And even when on a typical 8 to 5 shift, I would eat a light dinner, usually cereal or scrambled eggs. But it would be tough to just switch if you are used to eating later in the day. Agree with what others are saying - just take it slow and see if it really is the best way for you to eat. I read many people skip breakfast and don't eat until noon. For me, I have most of my daily food by noon, so everyone is different.
