I was inspired by Chesgreen to try this yummy little snack. I used peanutbutter instead of almond butter cuz its what I had on hand & added a sprinkle if cinnamon... I used too much of the coconut oil & P.B. Still very yummy!

I looooove cinnamon! I'm so glad I had this for snack! Haven't felt hungry all afternoon!

Yum! I do a modified version... put spoon and bowl on kitchen scale. Scoop out blob of peanut or almond butter (add stevia drops if needed and mix), then zero scale and add two Tbsp sugarfree chocolate chips. imIf you want it to mix up more like cookie dough, add some ricotta cheese and mix in with the nut butter.

do you broil it? or just eat it as is at room temp? over 74 degrees and coconut oil would be liquid right?

I love it when our coconut oil is solidified; its spreadability makes it even more versatile! :)

@ehead sounds good! I like that you can make it to be like cookie dough!

@rubato456 no, no broiling! You're correct! Room temp as long as your room isn't too warm or your coconut oil will melt into a puddle!!!

@buffy salvadore you totally should! Chesgreen's original was: 1 square of lindt, 5 g of almond butter, 5 g of coconut oil I used p.b. instead of almond & added a sprinkle of cinnamon :D
