Weight up weight down......just once I want to see it be stable. but on the upside>>>>>>>>>>>I am sticking to this, I do see a big difference in my clothes, I have no more join pain, no more pain in my feet, and my hair and nails are getting stronger!

so glad I decided to go low carb!
