So true! I realized I kept waiting for me to be perfect at things, like one day I would wake up and be this fit, healthy person that makes all the right choices, but that's just not how life works.

......and proverbs and saying are very based in truth. How about the fallacy in life behind "the grass is always greener on the other side." Everyone believed OJ Simpson had everything and more. Now he has nothing.

Funny about "the face in the mirror" - I was looking in the mirror the other day and thought I had a smudge on my cheek, but there smudges on both sides cuz it was the shadow in the indentation in my cheeks from my weight loss - I recognized a younger self!
