still thin - can I keep it up all fall and winter?
121.5 lb Lost so far: 18.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.8 lb a week

I hope so! I just bought an exercise bike for my living room and have joined a gym. Walking is a great exercise too!
