...just checking if there is no weird weight oscillations. I should do this less often so the ups & downs have estabilized & they tend to be more accurate, but can't avoid to feel empowered by the "let's go" comments .. I guess that deep inside me lives an attention whre :#)
106.9 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

PS - Have you considered tracking a 7 Day Moving Average? Nets out all the day to day fluctuations...

great idea .. I will try to upload Mondays, so the weekend overeating kind of spreads on the week and outputs something more accurate.
