I fit into a size 11/12 today!
*i haven't been that size since 2012!!!!
I also zipped up a pair of knee-high boots that I have never been able to zip up.
Little victories!
215.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

When I first started, I was thinking the weight would melt away, and quickly. Now I realize that it's OK to lose a pound a week. It all adds up, and keeps the momentum.

You are so right that slow but steady is the best way to go. Remember, you didn't put it all on at once and it won't all come off at once. Onward and downward!!!
