SO here I go again, and got home and did the rave eat eat...but I stayed 35 carbs. How many carbs a day for Atkins to lose?
I have not done Atkins...only my own low carb and protien...than I went nuts and ate everything....getting it back togeather.
I ate, chicken, sunflower seeds raw, lots of cheese, vodka, ( went to a party) Atkins vanilla shake olives...I was busy and did not eat veggies, which is very rare. This is day 2 pretty good carbs...just gotta get back into it and finally complete it for once.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
