Happy Thursday everyone! I didn't have to go to Long Beach today, as I am preparing for Las Vegas trip tomorrow. It's been super weather, and I'm ready. Did another ditto workout at the gym, which included a 5 min. run at 4.5 speed, and got the ticker to 150 bpm. I'm still alive folks. My tips today are interesting, because some seem bogus, and some tips are great. Supposedly, all science based. Have a great Thursday!

Thanks Pokey, I agree the dichotomy in this so called, science of diet, is really interesting.

Thanks Misty! I think the CHP has a special radar to point out my car. Last time, they followed me out of Barstow, and I saw him passing another car a half mile back, and by the time he got to me, he was doing 120 mph, and I had slowed to 65. He blew by me like I was standing still. lol

Yep, I will tell myself, Misty said to SLOW DOWN. lol Smarty, it really is my CW, who is addicted to Super Jackpot Party. I wish I had a dollar for every minute, that she has played that stupid game. She does really know that slot like a book. Sometimes she plays from 8 pm until 10 am the next morning. That's what you call an obsession.

I drive my dh crazy in the car, I'm always telling him to slow down. Ugh I need to take a pill before riding shotgun w anyone these days! I think it's hereditary! Thanks Mom!! I remember her doing that to my late step father, I was always concerned he'd divorce her bc she was always telling him how to drive. Now that's me!!! I tell my dh I can't help it though. And not take it personal.

Don't feel bad. My wife is such a control freak, she gives me step by step instructions every time she is a passenger with me. Ok, turn the key on, have you checked the mirrors, and on and on.

I mean, I consider myself one of the best drivers on the planet, and she thinks I am a child, no matter what it is. lol

My husband had a Jaguar XKE back in the 1960s. He and his first wife were driving from L.A. to Vegas. He was doing the driving, and she was sleeping in the car. She woke up, saw that he was doing 120 mph, and freaked out. When the trip was over, she flatly refused to ride back with him. So. . . he dropped her off at the airport in Vegas, "flew" back on the highway in his Jag, and picked her up at the airport in L.A.!
