Good Evening Ladies and Gentlemen,

Super Bowl party not bad...had a small bit of everything really and didn't worry about it. Even pie. Except what the wheat and sugar does to my body, i feel okay - and today at work where there was LEMON (yes guys LEMON) pound cake I looked at it and shrugged - and even girl scout cookies weren't going to be worth extending this sugar side effect any longer....did good today - a lil over my calories due to 10 cashews tonight but net carbs are 24. Shouldn't have eaten those but they are sweet and I love them :)

ALSO bought a digital scale - a little worried though that it will be WAY different than the one I have been using but so be it - I will start over if I have to so that I can a more precise measurement.

Monday's suck. Cranky and tired and will go to bed early tonight!

Great job avoiding the stuff at work. It is amazing how once we get the sugar out, the cravings stop and it is actually easy tp avoid the crap!

I agree HCB I really didn't feel the craving at all ... I was super glad too because I mean C'MON IT'S LEMON POUND CAKE lol...two of my previously favorite food groups! I get massive female issues with sugar/wheat/yeast so that is enough really for me to steer clear! I keep learning the lesson over and over but I think I am VERY close to being done... TMI but hey maybe someone else is the same and doesn't know why...! And there is a birthday at work on Friday and I am seriously considering telling them I can't bake anything. I really just don't think I can do it.

Thanks guys. Got a digital scale last night and it says 162 so I'll take the hit and chalk it up to the fact that I was using a crappy scale ... I'll weigh in now :)
